Gentlemen:


Thank you for your letter of (date) enclosing the letter of contract drawn up by you to supply us chemical and pharmaceutical products. We would now like to place an order for 500 kg of caustic Soda and 200 boxes of the Standard Broad Spectrum drugs.


The details of the order are spelt out in the indent enclosed.


We request you to ship the products not later than (date). Please pack the products in unbreakable boxes so that there is no risk of damage.


We are sending you the Letter of Credit issued by our bankers, Bank of Singapore, Limited.


Please takeout the required insurance for the goods and draw on us the bill against payment through our bankers.
